This dish name change every state you go like ghee rice, Bagara Pulao .In India most state love to eat rice in many different ways and names. Lets make it in my version of Bagara rice.

Step 1
Cut Onions in very thin slices. and soaked the Rice for at least 30 mins.
Step 2
Heat the vessel and ad ghee and bay leaves and sliced onions
Step 3
fry the onions till it turns light golden color and remove it .Fry the dry fruits also till it color turn light golden
Step 4
Now add cardamoms and cinnamon and cloves and saute it
Step 5
Once it slightly fry now add soaked rice and fry it for some time till water absorb
Step 6
Add warm water(twice cup of rice you took) and add salt to it
Step 7
cove the lids and cook it in high flame till water reduce
Step 8
Cook it in low flame and stir in every 3 mins carefully
Step 9
Now water fully reduced full garnish it with fried onions and ,mint leaves ,Dry fruits and sprinkle some garam masala.
Step 10
Cover the lid and dum it for 10 mins .
Step 11
serve hot and enjoy
