Step 1
Heat a cooker n add rice to it. Add one n a half cup water for one cup of rice. Add salt n one tsp of oil close the lid of cooker. Two whistles.
Step 2
Let the cooker cool. Meantime take a pan. Add ghee. When it gets heated add cashews n roast for sometime. Remove it n keep aside. In the same pan containing ghee ,add jeera n slit green chillies. Saute for few secs.
Step 3
Add chopped onions n saute till it turns soft. Add cooked rice to it. Mix gently so the rice may not break. Garnish with coriander leaves n roasted cashews. Dal thick gravy serves to be a gud combination.
