Step 1
Heat some water for cooking the rice
Add salt, and basmati rice
Cook the rice till they are fully done
Strain the rice and keep it aside.
Step 2
Heat a pan with some oil, crack open the eggs into the pan
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Step 3
Scramble the eggs and cook till they are fully done but a little soft and keep them aside.
Step 4
Heat a pan with some oil, add garlic, ginger, onions, red chilies, green chili and saute.
Step 5
Add capsicum and stir fry
Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, spring onions and mix well.
Step 6
Add the scrambled eggs and mix well.
Add the cooked rice and mix well with the eggs.
Step 7
Finally garnish with some spring onion greens and a fried egg and serve the Egg Fried Rice.
