Step 1
Heat some water for cooking the rice Add salt, and basmati rice Cook the rice till they are fully done Strain the rice and keep it aside.
Heat a pan with some oil, crack open the eggs into the pan Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Scramble the eggs and cook till they are fully done but a little soft and keep them aside. Keep stirring until the eggs are done.
(similar to that of burji)
Step 2
Heat a pan with some oil, add garlic, ginger, onions, red chilies, green chili and saute.
Add capsicum and stir fry Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, schezwan sauce spring onions and mix well.
Add the scrambled eggs and mix well. Add the cooked rice and mix well with the eggs.
Finally garnish with some spring onion greens.
