Step 1
Take the vermicelli in a pan and roast it for 5 minutes on low flame.turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
Step 2
Now boil two cups of water in a pan .when it boils,add the roasted vermicelli into it.
Cook it well (about 5-7 minutes) and drain the excess water.keep it aside.
Step 3
Now we have to make scrambled egg.for that,put a pan on medium flame.add coconut oil.beat 3 eggs and add to it.mix well and add salt.transfer it to a bowl.
Step 4
Now on the same pan,add ghee,chopped onion,carrot and green chillies.add salt,black pepper powder,garam masala and turmeric powder.mix well.cook it for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Then,Tranfer the cooked vermicelli and scrambled egg into this.add curry leaves and Mix again.
Step 6
