Step 1
In Kadhai, heat some oil, and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried chilies.

After 30 seconds, add ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Add chopped onions and tomatoes and saute them for 3-5 minutes. Add all the spices to the mixture.
