Step 1
Heat a Non stick pan. Add oil.
Step 2
Add mustard. When it splutters add bengal gram, curry leaves. Then add chopped ripe tomatoes, onions and garlic.
Saute well for a minute. Then add turmeric, chilli powder and salt. Let it cook in oil in low to medium flame till the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
Step 3
Let it be a thick gravy. Add water step by step for the required consistency. Let it boil for sometime.
Turn off the flame in the end.
