Winter season is the favorite time of the year for cooking enthusiasts. The holiday season brings people and we share our love through big family meals where we enjoy the season's fresh produce. One such dish that I want and enjoy in winter is Gobi Mater. Made with fresh peas and cauliflower this dish is so flavourful and delicious that everyone becomes a fan of it.

Step 1
Wash and cut cauliflower into small pieces.
Step 2
In a pan heat up some oil and add cumin and mustard seeds to the oil. Add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste to the oil.
Step 3
Add peas and saute it well. Let the peas cook for 3-4 minutes on a low flame.
Step 4
Add chopped tomatoes to the pan.
Step 5
add all the masalas and mix well. Add cauliflower.
Step 6
Saute the veggies well and add half a cup of water. If you want to have gravy, add a cup of water instead of half.
Step 7
Cook for 10 minutes or until the cauliflower turns soft.
Step 8
Garnish the curry with coriander.
Step 9
Serve it with hot rotis or rice and enjoy.
