Step 1
Cut and clean the cauliflower.now take a pan,add this chopped cauliflower into it with little water,salt and turmeric powder.cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
Step 2
When the cauliflower is half cooked,turn off the flame, drain the water from it and allow it to cool.
Step 3
take a mixing bowl.add red chilli powder,garam masala,pepper powder,corn flour,rice flour and salt.mix it well and make a fine paste of it adding little water.
Step 4
now transfer the half cooked cauliflower into this and mix well with the masala paste.
Step 5
finally fry this in vegetable oil on medium flame till it becomes golden brown in colour.crispy cauliflower flower fry is ready.

serve it hot with a cup of tea!!
