Salt is added per your taste.
For frying cauliflower
red chilli powder

Step 1
Cut and clean the cauliflower in warm water.
take 2 cups of water in a pan on medium flame.add salt and turmeric powder.when it boil,add the cauliflower into it.cook it for 5 minutes.turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
Step 2
Now take a mixing bowl.add 2 tablespoons of red chilli powder,one teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder,salt,garam masala and mix well.make it a paste adding little water.
Step 3
now transfer the half cooked cauliflower into this paste and spread well.then,fry the cauliflower in vegetable oil.keep it aside.
Step 4
Now take a pan on medium flame.add ghee.then add 2 cups of water.adjust the salt.when it boil,add one cup of jeerakashala rice.cover and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame.keep it aside.
Step 5
finally, we will make masala for the biriyani.for that,put a pan on medium flame.add coconut oil and all the other ingredients in the masala ingredients section.Saute well until the onions are transparent and the masala powders are cooked well.turn off the flame.
Step 6
Now we will mix these.
For that,add the masala and fried cauliflower into a bowl/ plate.then add the cooked jeerakashala rice over it.spread some Corrionder leaves,yellow food colour(optional) and garam masala powder over the rice and Enjoy!!!
