Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into small florets & wash well in slight warm water. Then drain away the water.
Step 2
Take kadai. Pour oil into it. Put cut onions & saute in oil a bit, add ginger/garlic paste saute again, add turmeric & chilli powder saute again. After sauting the above items onion should be only translucent. Add cauliflower pieces & saute again. Add salt. Now cover with a lid & half cook the caultiflower. After some time, remove the lid & cook the cauliflower well till the cauliflower is slight brown & dry. Cauliflower bhaaji is ready to eat.
