Step 1
For the cauliflower filling, grate the cauliflower using a grater. Keep the grated cauliflower in a bowl and all the masala in the bowl. Mix well so that the cauliflower and spices are combined well.
Step 2
make a dough by combining the wheat flour, water, and a pinch of salt
Step 3
Make small balls of dough. Take two balls and using a rolling pin, roll both dough balls into three to four diameters.
Step 4
On rolled disc placed some cauliflower filling. Place the other rolled dough on top of the filling. press and seal the edges using your fingertips
Step 5
Using a rolling pin, very gentling roll the paratha till you get the size of a roti.
Step 6
On a hot tawa, place the paratha and cook on low flame.
Step 7
Spread butter on the paratha while cooking and cook until both sides are slightly golden.
Step 8
Serve hot. You can also add cheese to the filling, you will get delicious cheese Gobi Paratha.
