Step 1
First wash all the vegetables and finely chop them...grate the carrot

Boil the sweet corn cob in pressure cooker for 2 to 3 wistle ...let it cool and now carefully remove the corn kernels from the cooked cob with a sharp knife

Mix all the vegetables and corn together. Now add one cup of mayonnaise , salt, black pepper powder and oregano.. be careful while adding salt because mayonnaise is already salty...

Take two slices of bread and apply butter on one slice and tomato ketchup on another slice

Now spread corn mayonnaise filling on one slice and add some shredded mozzarella over the filling

Now cover it with another slice of bread. Now heat the pan and grease it with butter

Now place the sandwich on the pan over the butter and toast it...now apply the butter on the upward side of the sandwich and flip it and roast this side also till it turns golden brown

Once the bread is properly roasted and becomes crispy serve our sandwich hot with coriander chutney or tomato sauce..
