1 slice of bread. Cut the brown side and take only the centre white portion.

Step 1
Beat all the eggs in big vessel. Add sugar and beat again. Powder 1 slice of bread without the brown part. Beat well
Step 2
Take a vessel and add 100ml of ghee. Pour the batter and keep on slow flame. Once the base is golden yellow turn is upside down.
Step 3
Let it cool down, cut into pieces and serve.
PS:- Take a bigger vessel as the batter fluffs and increases in size.
