Step 1
For paste, take a bowl, add 300 gms gram flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 pinch baking soda, add water slowly and make slightly thick paste
Step 2
For Stuffing, heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 tsp cumin seeds and cook till it gets brown, add chopped green chillies and chopped ginger, cook it , add mashed boiled potatoes, add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp salt, mix it well and cook for 3-4 minutes, add chaat masala once it cool down

Heat 4 cups oil in a cookware
Step 4
Now take 2 white breads, apply the stuffing on one bread and cover it with another bread, dip this bread in the gram flour paste completely and put this in the oil, deep fry it from both the side till it gets brown
Step 5
Serve it hot with any ketchup or dip
