Step 1
Boil potatos in cooker, peel & smash them well & keep it aside.
Step 2
Take oil in a pan, crackle jeera, put onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies & saute, put turmeric powder, curry leaves, coriander leaves, smashed potatoes & salt mix & cook altogether for 5 minutes. Then keep it to cool & make it into balls.
Step 3
Then make a thin paste of gram flour or besan by adding water, pinch of salt & turmeric. Coat the potato balls with besan & deep fry them till the balls turn brown in colour
Step 4
Vada pav or potato bonda is ready. Serve it with sauce or coriander chutney or have it by keeping it inside 2 slices of bread or pav.
