Step 1
First we boil potato and egg in pressure cooker, or you can cook in steamer as well for 20-25 min. Then take it out and let them cool. cut the onion.
Step 2
peel of the boiled potato and egg. After peeling potato mash them

Take a fry pan heat 3 tsp oil in it and add cumin seed, add onion, Ginger garlic paste cook for 2 min
Step 4
Add haldi powder ,coriander powder, chilli powder ,cumin powder ,garam masala and salt to taste cook them for 3 min then add Mashed potatos and mix well then switch off the stove and let it cool.
Step 5
Take a bowl add 1 cup besan and salt, corn flour powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin and coriander powder ,water mix all in a smooth batter.
Step 6
Now cut the egg in to equally two part, make a uniform balls in one part egg and another part potato that we have cooked.
Step 7
Dip the the ball in the batter we made and do same for all remaining eggs and potatos.
Step 8
Take a karai and heat oil on medium-high flame then add the egg ball in hot oil and cook for 5-6 min deep fry till it turns golden brown.
Step 9
Drain on absorbent paper, cut it halve and serve it with tomato ketchup.
