Step 1
Set instant pot to saute mode and add ghee. Once the ghee is hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, hing, cloves and bay leaves and ginger garlic paste. Saute till the raw smell goes away.
Step 2
Add onions and tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes are mushy. Add salt, turmeric, red chilly powder and garam masala. Saute till the masala smell goes well.
Step 3
Mix in the rice and green moong. Add 6 cups of water. Set IP to manual mode and set it to high pressure for 10 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally.
Step 4
Garnish with coriander leaves.
