Step 1
Diced all veggies in medium size and cut thin slices of onion and tomato. Soaked broken wheat and masoor dal.
Step 2
Take a pressure cooker and heat ghee/oil on a medium flame add pinch of hing and sliced onions fry for sec then add sliced tomatoes and salt to this.
Step 3
Cook them till tomato cook littile bit Further add all dry masala powder and mix well and stir it.
Step 4
Add all veggies to the masala and cook them for minutes now add soaked broken wheat and masoor dal mix them all together.
Step 5
Add water and coo for 2-3 mins and now seal the pressure cooker lid and cook dalia in medium heat for 2-3 whistles.
Step 6
Let the steam release naturally, open the cooker checked the khichdi if all cook. Serve it hot with pickle or with raita.
