Wash them and keep it in a well porous cloth for three to four days.

Step 1
Take the sprouted green gram, add grated carrot, chopped cucumber, chopped onion, chopped tomato and mix well. Add salt as per the need
Step 2
Tempering:-
In a pan add Coconut oil, Mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger and garlic pieces, dried red chilly.
Let it saute for 2 to 3 mins. Switch off the flame and put it in the mixture of green gram sprouts.
Step 3
Add grated Coconut to it. Give it a nice stir. And the salad is ready to relish.
