Step 1
Wash rice n moong dal. Soak for 10 minutes. Take a pressure cooker n add ghee n oil
Add cumin seeds n lengthy cut onions. Saute well.
Step 2
Add cinnamon, cloves n bay leaves. Add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, mint leaves n coriander leaves. Saute well. Add chopped potatoes, carrot n tomato. Saute well n cook with closed lid on medium flame.
Step 3
Open n add garam masala powder , turmeri n salt. Also add soaked rice n moong dal. Add 5cups of water n cook for 2 whistles
