Step 1
Soak the pulses in water overnight. Next day drain the water n keep it as it is . the pulses get sprouted..
Step 2
Take a pan n add oil.When it gets heated add mustard, urad dal, chana dal asafetodia ,curry leaves,chopped ginger, green chillies Add the sprouted pulses n saute well in low flame sprinkle some water n cook for sometime.
Step 3
Finally add coconut, coriander leaves n lemon juice
