Step 1
Take a pan on medium flame.add coconut oil.when it is hot,add mustard seeds,dried red chilli,sliced onion,green chillies and salt.saute well until the onions are transparent.
Step 2
Now add the drumstick leaves into it.saute well for 3-4 minutes.(you should clean the leaves very well before adding)
Step 3
Now take a mixer grinder.add grated coconut,fennel seeds,turmeric powder and grind it to make a fine paste and transfer to the curry.
Step 4
add little warm water and adjust the salt.allow it to boil.turn off the flame once it is done.
Step 5
Healthy and tasty drumstick leaves curry is ready!!
