Step 1
Clean and cut the chicken and keep it aside.put a pan on medium flame(non stick pan is best).add ghee into it.when it is hot,add the chopped onions and sauté well until the onions are transparent.
Step 2
now add 2 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste,whipped curd and salt.stir fry it for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the boneless chicken pieces into it and mix well,cover and cook it for 15 minutes on medium flame.
Step 4
now in a blender,add the cashews and make a fine paste of it.add this to the chicken.mix well and add garam masala powder and white pepper powder into it.
Step 5
finally add the milk cream/fresh cream into it along with the chopped Corrionder leaves.give it a good mix.cook it for 5 more minutes on medium flame(you can add little water if you need more gravy).
Turn off the flame once it is done.
