Step 1
Take 2 cups of cashews. Add these in the grinder and grind it in powder form

Now take a pan or any cookware, add 3/4 cup of water and 3/4 cup of sugar

Now boil it to make one string sugar syrup (you can check it by applying on your finger)

Now add the grinded cashew in this syrup

Cook and stir it for 5 minutes

Now add 2 tbsp ghee or clarified butter and mix it

Again cook this for 3 minutes

Now tak it out in a flat surface plate or bowl

Set it with using spoon into a rectangle or square shape

Cut it into shape you like using knife

Serve it once it cool down
