    Step 1
    Take a bowl & put all the chopped vegetables into it. Note take only half quantity of the total capsicum, the other half is for sauce gravy.
    Step 2
    Then add 2tbsp of corn flour, maida, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder & salt into the vegetable bowl & mix altogether & make it into balls (Refer photo 2) by applying oil in the palm while making the veggie. balls. Keep the veggie balls aside.
    Step 3
    Next heat oil in a deep pan & put the balls slowly into the hot oil by keeping the flame on medium. Note that if the balls breaks in the oil then u need to add more maida & mix & make it into balls again.
    Step 4
    Deep fry all the veggie balls into crispy golden brown colour (Refer photo 3) & keep it aside to drain out the oil.
    Step 5
    Next keep a pan on gas , put 2 tbsp of oil into it & saute finely chopped 4tbsp spring onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies & 1/4 cup capsicum & saute till the onions are translucent.
    Step 6
    Side by side mix soy sauce, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce in a bowl & pour it into the pan after spring onion is translucent & boil well & adjust the thickness by adding water as required. Also make 1 tbsp of cornflour mixed in water & pour it into the pan stirring continuously so that no lumps of cornflour are formed.
    Step 7
    Finally, add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder & salt as required. Also add 1/4 tsp sugar & 1 tsp vinegar & mix well.
    Step 8
    Now, put the fried vegetable balls & stir & coat the balls in the gravy & switch off the gas after 2 minutes.
    Step 9
    Serve it hot by putting chopped green leaves of the spring onion on the top of the veggie. balls.
