Step 1
Boil the noodles & strain under cold water & keep it aside.
Step 2
Semi cook the diced vegetables & keep it aside. Also cook the diced chicken & keep it aside.
Step 3
Fry garlic paste in 2tbsp oil & add the semi cooked vegetables & saute for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Next add the cooked chicken & noodles & saute for 5 more minutes.
Step 5
Add all the sauces & salts & saute for 2 minutes & switch off the gas. Hakka noodle is ready.
Step 6
Beat the egg & make an omelette in a pan. Decorate the hakka noodles with omelette & serve hot.
Step 7
You can also put 50 gms of cooked prawns alongwith chicken.
