Step 1
Cook the rice & wash it in cold water & then keep it aside to drain out the water.
Step 2
Boil & half cook the vegetables & keep it aside.
Step 3
Put oil in a deep pan & saute the cooked vegetables for 2 minutes add cooked rice & saute for 2 more minutes. Add salt, ajinomoto & white pepper & saute for a minute.
Step 4
Vegetable Hakka rice is ready. Serve hot.
