Step 1
First make chicken stock by boiling 200 gms chicken including ribs & bones, 1 carrot, 1 onion & 1 celery stick along with water. Water quantity should be that finally u have 3 cups of chicken stock. After boiling, strain the chicken stock liquid into a bowl, only the liquid should be used as chicken stock. U can also use readymade chicken stock.
Step 2
Next, dice all the vegetables & boil it in the chicken stock alongwith diced small pieces of chicken.
Step 3
Then add all the sauces & salts, cook for 2 minutes. Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup of water & pour over the chicken & vegetables.
Step 4
Beat egg and pour it slowly over the cooked chicken & vegetables, stirring all the time. Cook for 2 minutes & serve hot.
