Step 1
Wash ash gourd n dice it into pieces. Cook it in cooker by adding salt, chopped green chillies.cook for 2 whistles
Step 2
Once the cooker cools open n smash the ash gourd. Transfer the cooker items to a vessel. Grind coconut to a fine paste n finally add 1 tbsp mustard n grind along with the coconut. Add the ground item to the vessel n mix well by adding curds.
Step 3
Add curry leaves.Tempering to be done in oil by adding mustard, dry red chillies, curry leaves n a handful of grated coconut. Coconut to turn golden brown. Mix well n serve.

This pachadi is prepared by only cooking the vegetables n the coconut n curds is mixed in raw form.
