Step 1
For sugar syrup, add 1.5 cup sugar,1.5 cup water, cardamom pods and dash of lemon juice in a cookware and boil till it gets sticky for at least 10-15 minutes
Step 2
For dough, take a bowl, add 1 cup milk powder, 1/4 cup all purpose flour, a pinch of soda, mix it and sieve it and make sure the mixture is uniform, now add 1 tbsp ghee and mix it
Step 3
Now take 3/4 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp milk and mix it together, add this prepared paste slowly in the mixture and knead a sticky dough, grease the fingers and make a stiff yet soft dough
Step 4
Now make small smooth balls of this dough without any crack
Step 5
Now add 3 cups ghee in a cookware and deep fry these balls on medium flame till it gets dark brown

Put these balls in warm sugar syrup and let it soak the syrup and serve it
