Step 1
wash spinach and chopped it and peel the potatoes and chopped them in small size so that it don't take too much time to cook.
Step 2
Cut the onion, tomato, garlic and green chilli in small thin slices
Step 3
Heat a pan add oil to it and let it hot then add cumin seeds
Step 4
Add garlic and green chillis
Step 5
Fry them for a moment now add onions and fry onions till it cook and soften slightly
Step 6
Now add potatoes and cook for 3-4 mins until it turn light brown
Step 7
Now add Tomatoes and spinach and cook for a minute add salt to it.
Step 8
Stir fry in medium flame 4-5 mins .Don't add water as tomatoes and spinach have their water they will release during cooking
Step 9
Now check it if potatoes cooked or not and water reduced or not
Step 10
If potatoes cooked and cook it on high flame to reduce water
Step 11
Turn off the flame, garnish it with parsley leaves and serve aloo palak with Roti or Rice.
