Step 1
Take a bowl and mix gram flour, wheat flour, curd, green chillies, onion, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, carom seeds and cumin seeds...
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients with hand and now knead a soft dough by adding water little by little
Step 3
Now keep a dough aside for 10 minutes
Step 4
After 10 minutes grease the dough by applying oil ......now make equal sized balls from the dough.dust the ball with wheat flour and roll to make a medium thick disc/roti.
Step 5
Place the roti on a medium hot griddle and cook from both the side till it changes its colour and get few golden spots.
Step 6
Cook from both the sides and transfer it in a plate apply ghee or butter and seve it hot with curd or daal fry...
