Step 1
For the marination mix greek yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, tandoori chicken masala, crushed kasuri methi, salt and lemon juice.
Step 2
Make 2 - 3 slits in each chicken piece and add to the marinade. Mix well and keep covered in the refrigerator for around 5 - 6 hours.
Step 3
Heat oil in a grill pan or any nonstick pan. Once the oil is hot enough, place the chicken pieces on the pan. Cook on a medium-high flame till all sides are cooked well and reach a deep brown color.
Step 4
If using a bbq grill, then place an aluminium foil on the grill and spray oil evenly. Once the oil is hot, place the chicken pieces on the aluminium foil and cook well till all sides reach a deep brown color.
Step 5
Serve the tandoori chicken with a coriander chutney.
