Step 1
Wash liver well. Put it in a kadai. Add turmeric powder/salt/black pepper powder/water & cook it in kadai till it is cooked well.
Step 2
After the liver is cooked & almost dry add coconut oil & curry leaves & fry for few minutes. Liver fry is ready to be served.
Step 3
Liver fry can be had as a side dish with rice & curry.
Step 4
Note that liver itself has salt in it so add less salt while cooking.
