For frying chicken
Step 1
Wash the macroni very well.take two cups of water in a pan.add little salt.allow it to boil.when it boils,add the macaroni into it and cook until it is done(5-7 minutes).
Drain excess water from the cooked macaroni and keep it aside.
Step 2
Now take the boneless chicken.cut in small pieces.add turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder,Kashmiri chilli powder and black pepper powder.mix it well and fry it in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Next we will make onion masala.for that take a pan,add coconut oil.when the oil becomes hot,add onions,green chillies,corrionder leaves and salt.saute well until the onions are transparent.then add turmeric powder and garam masala.mix again.turn off the flame.
Step 4
now take a mixing bowl.beat 4 eggs and add to it.transfer the cooked macaroni,fried boneless chicken and the onion masala into the bowl.give it a good mix.
Step 5
finally put a cake pan on low-medium flame.spread some ghee inside.then transfer the egg macaroni mix into it.cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
