Step 1
Cook well the potatoes and knead it.
Step 2
Pour 7 tbsp oil into the pan then add cumin, pepper, cinnamon stick, cloves, 1tsp aniseed,dry red chillies, ginger and garlic cloves. Fry it for 3mins
Step 3
After that add onions fry it for 7mins then add tomatoes fry it well and let them as juicy. Then let them cool down
Step 4
Grind well the mixture as fine paste. Pour 3 tbsp oil into the pan add 1tsp aniseed and curry leaves then add the paste mix it well.
Step 5
Add red chilli powder and coriander powder fry it for five minutes. Then add potatoes and 500 ml water.
Step 6
Mix it well and cook them for 15 mins with medium flame. After that add coriander leaves. Now it's ready to serve
