Step 1
Fenugreek seeds should be ground in a mixer grinder.
Step 2
For four to five hours, soak the powdered fenugreek seeds in milk.
Step 3
1 tablespoon of ghee should be heated in a skillet together with the soaked fenugreek for a few minutes. Take it off the stove once it begins to release the ghee.
Step 4
In a pan, melt the 400 g of ghee. Add the black pepper seeds and the wheat flour to it. Add the gond to it after it has been fried for a few minutes.
Step 5
For five minutes, whisk it over high heat. Ensure that it doesn't burn. Keep stirring as the stove is turned off gradually.
Step 6
Take it out and put it in a container with the dried coconut powder and the third-step roasted fenugreek. Set it apart.
Step 7
500 g of sugar and water should be added to a pan. Stir it until it has the consistency of one thread/taar. Next, shut off the stove.
Step 8
Add the mixture from step 6 to the sugar syrup solution just made.
Step 9
Almonds can be chopped or ground into small pieces and added to the mixture.
Step 10
Make laddoo-like little balls out of the mixture.
