Dosa rice

Soak overnight.
Boiled rice

Soak it overnight

Step 1
Soak everything seperately overnight.
Step 2
Grind Fenugreek seperately. Add dosa rice and boiled rice. And make a fine paste.
Step 3
Let it rest overnight. Donot refrigerate. It almost doubles in quantity till next morning. Add 1 TSP cooking soda and salt. And give a nice mix.
Step 4
Using a tawa. Make dosa. Enjoy delicious dosa with some coconut chutney
