Chop the onions into square shape

Step 1
Soak the rice for 30 mins. Meanwhile prepare for cooking. Chop the onin into square shape. Finely chop the tomatoes.
Step 2
Make a paste in mixie with ginger, garlic gloves, cinnamon, cloves and 4 red chillies
Step 3
Pour 4 tbsp oil into a pressure cooker. Then add mustard and then Fenugreek seeds after half minutes add 2 crushed redchillies after that add the paste. Fry it for two mins
Step 4
Add onions and fry it until it's color changed into light brown and then add tomatoes, curry leaves, coriander leaves and tumeric powder. Fry it for 10 mins.
Step 5
Then add the soaked rice and salt. Add two cups of water.(the cup should be the same which is used for rice measurement)
Step 6
2 to 3 vissels is enough. After open the pressure cooker stir the rice well before serving
