Step 1
First make chicken stock by boiling 100 gms. chicken including ribs & bones, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 onion, 1/2 celery stick & water. Quantity of water should be so as to finally get 1/2 cup chicken stock. Strain the liquid of chicken stock into a bowl, use only the liquid of the chicken stock. You can also use readymade chicken stock.
Step 2
Boil noodles in 2 cups of water & strain under cold water & keep it aside.
Step 3
Cook chopped chicken & keep it aside

Take a pan put oil in it add ginger, garlic, the chopped & cooked chicken, cabbage, mushroom & saute for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Next add all the sauces, salts & chicken stock. Then add cornflour by mixing it in water & boil altogether for 2 to 3 minutes. Switch off the gas & keep the pan aside.
Step 6
Deep fry the noodles in oil till it becomes crispy.
Step 7
Put the noodles in a bowl. Pour the vegetable-chicken mix over the noodles.
Step 8
Make omelette of the eggs & decorate it over the noodles & serve hot.
