For kneading the dough & for deep frying puris

Step 1
Cook & shred the chicken into small pieces.
Step 2
Take a bowl & mix together shredded chicken, ginger, garlic, green chilly, salt & pepper & keep it aside.
Step 3
Make dough of maida by adding required amount of oil & water. Then make it into puris.
Step 4
Next stuff the chicken ingredients into the puris, close from all sides & take a deep pan, put oil in it & deep fry the puris.
Step 5
Serve it with hot garlic sauce.
