Step 1
wash spinach n drain the water. Transfer it to a cooking vessel n boil it for 3 mins.Transfer it to a bowl of cold water so as to retain its colour.
Step 2
grind half portion of the spinach in mixie to make a puree.the remaining half part should be chopped into pieces.
Step 3
Take a pan n add 2 tablespoon oil.heat it n add 1 teaspoon jeera n 1 chopped green chillies. saute well n add chopped onions Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric n coriander powder.
Step 4
Saute well.Add bengal gram flour mix well in low flame.. Add chopped tomato. Saute well n cook for 2 mins.
Step 5
add chopped spinach n its puree.Add salt n mix well.Add little water. Keep in low flame.Add curds n mix well.
Step 6
Add garam masala n kasturi methi. Allow it to boil.season in ghee by adding jeera, chopped garlic.Let garlic turn brown. Also add dry red chillies
