Step 1
Soak rice, bengal gram, urad dal n fenugreek seeds together for 3 hours. Soak beaten rice just 10 minutes before grinding. Grind to a fine paste n add rava to it. Mix well with salt n ferment the batter overnight.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes n smash it well. Take a kadai n add oil. Heat it n add mustard seeds, chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves n saute well by adding salt n turmeric as well as coriander leaves. Squeeze 2 tsp of lemon juice n mix well.
Step 3
Take a non- sticking pan n prepare dosa. Spread the batter well n when it is golden brown add ghee on all sides n add the potato stuffings at the centre n fold the dosa. Serve hot with chutney.
