Step 1
boil 2 cups of water and add salt and soya chunks to it
Step 2
Give it a boil for 10 min when soya chunks soften then drain the water and rinse the chunks to avoid the smell and squeeze all the water from soya chunks
Step 3
Now grind the squeezed soya chunks
Step 4
Cut the onion and green chillis in thin and small slice
Step 5
Grind soya chunks, besan, sliced onions and green chillis ,finely chopped coriander leaves , ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder garam masala powder and salt to taste add in a bowl and mix well
Step 6
Take a portion and make a dough and press it gently to make it thick disc shape. similarly take for other portion and do the same
Step 7
Over a medium flame put a non stick pan and grease some oil and add the tikki to cook
Step 8
Once the first side cook gently flip the other side and let it cook till turn golden brown, cook both side properly
Step 9
Serve hot
