Step 1
Boil two glasses of water and soak chunks into it for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In a pan, heat oil and saute roughly chopped onions for 2 minutes. Add roughly chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook the veggies for another five minutes.
Step 3
Blend the veggies mixture in a blender until it transforms into a smooth paste.
Step 4
Heat some oil in a pan and add cumin and mustard seeds.
Step 5
Add ginger garlic paste and saute it. Add onion and tomato paste and saute on low flame.
Step 6
Add the spices and mix well.
Step 7
Squeeze off the water and add them to the gravy.
Step 8
Add 1 cup water and cook the curry until the oil separates from the gravy.
Step 9
Enjoy with Rotis or rice.
