Step 1
Mix the gram flour with salt and little red chillies and turmeric and make a medium
consistency batter, Fry pakodi ( small size dumplings) in pan. We can use leftover pakodi also
Step 2
Now take a bowl and mix curd, red chili powder, turmeric coriander powder altogether.
Step 3
Now take a pan and heat the oil to the smoking point. Now and mustard seeds and cumin seeds...allow them to splutter...
Step 4
Add a pinch of asophoetida and then put green chillies and curry leaves. Now put ginger garlic paste and saute it for 5 seconds
Step 5
Add finely chopped onion and add little bit of salt and saute it ...when onion becomes transparent add the mixture of curd and stir continuously till it starts boiling...add 1/2 cup water and boil the gravy ...after 2 minutes it will start releasing oil. Add. salt as required
Step 6
At this point add the pakodi in the pan. Add little water and keep the flame to low to allow to cook for some time.
Step 7
Turn off the flame and garnish with kasoori methi and is ready to serve with Roti or Rice.
