Step 1
Clean and wash prawn well with some salt. Drain all the water and transfer to a bowl for marination.
Step 2
For marination :
Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and fish fry masala along with some salt to the prawns. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 mins.
Step 3
Heat oil in a wide pan and add some curry leaves. Then add the marinated shrimp making sure to spread them out in the pan without overlapping in a single layer.
Step 4
After a few mins, flip the prawns for the other side to cook well.
Step 5
Once the prawns is cooked well on both sides, turn off the heat and transfer the cooked prawn into a plate lined with some kitchen towels to absorb the excess oil.
