Step 1
Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste salt and set aside for around 30 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the onions and green chillies. Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions. Fry the onions on medium heat for around 6 to 7 minutes till it turns light brown.
Step 3
Add the slit green chillies and curry leaves and fry for 1 minute. Now add the marinated prawns and saute on medium heat for around 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the spice powders ,mix well and fry on medium heat for around 3 to 4 minutes till the masala coats the prawns well.
Step 5
Squeeze the lemon and. extract the juice and mix it well. Stir for a minute. Add fresh curry leaves and swich off the flame and serve hot.
