Step 1
Separate egg yolks and egg whites.
Beat the egg yolk very well and keep it aside.
Step 2
now prepare the sugar syrup.for that,boil water and sugar in a wide pan till it reaches a 1 string consistency.
Step 3
now add 1-2 teaspoons of egg white into boiling sugar syrup,mix nicely and remove it immediately.this is to remove the impurities of sugar solution.
Step 4
Now take an empty bottle and make a hole on its lid with a knife.so that,the egg yolk can come out through the hole as a thin string.
Step 5
Now pour egg yolk into the bottle.
Step 6
increase the flame of the sugar syrup.take the bottle filled with egg yolks and keep it over the sugar syrup and rotate in circulation motion.
Step 7
Allow the egg yolk to cook for a minute,then reduce the flame and sprinkle some water into it.then strain the garlands out of the sugar syrup.
Step 8
take it into a plate and immediately spread out a little without breaking the garlands.
Step 9
now increase the flame of the sugar syrup and repeat the same for the next too.
Our egg garlands is ready.
Step 10
Next we will make egg white pudding.for that,take the egg whites in mixing bowl.add a cup of sugar,milk powder and cardamom powder.mix it.then blend it well using a blender.

get ready with your steamer.pour the egg white mix into a circular dish and steam it for 20-30 minutes.

Our egg white pudding is also ready.cut the pudding in your favorite shapes and serve with the egg garlands we made.
